Marketing Verse provides digital marketing services as defined in individual service agreements or invoices. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before execution.
Services are billed monthly, in advance. New clients may be required to pay 50% upfront. Work pauses if payment is not received within 7 days of due date. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GSTIN: 08FOCPK5886P1ZY.
A minimum 3-month engagement is recommended for meaningful results. No binding lock-in after the initial agreed period. Either party may discontinue with 15 days written notice after the minimum period.
Client agrees to provide required inputs — brand assets, photos, approvals, and information — on time. Delays from client side are not counted against our delivery timelines. Client grants Marketing Verse permission to use brand materials for executing agreed services.
Marketing Verse does not guarantee specific results including leads, sales, traffic, or rankings. Digital marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competitor activity, platform algorithms, and client-side factors. We guarantee professional, structured execution of agreed services.
Content created by Marketing Verse for clients becomes client property upon full payment. Marketing Verse may use work samples for portfolio purposes unless client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. Raw/editable source files are not included by default.
Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from service fees and paid directly by clients to platforms. Marketing Verse is not responsible for platform charges on client ad accounts.
Each deliverable includes one round of revisions within the original brief. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at ₹500–₹2,000 per revision depending on type.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. Marketing Verse will not share client business information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
We collect basic contact and business information solely for service delivery. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained only during active engagements and can be deleted upon client request after engagement ends.
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
